By booking an appointment with Ali Gunn, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please get in touch at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in line with the cancellation policy.
Missed appointments or late arrivals are non-refundable.

4. Appointments

All in-person appointments (except Wedding Day Makeup) take place at Ali’s private studio at 1 Cropwell Butler Road Cropwell Bishop, Nottingham NG12 3DD.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time, with no reduction in fee.

5. Health & Safety

If you feel unwell, please contact Ali to rearrange your appointment.
Strict hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the studio at all times.

Your details are used solely for managing your booking and are handled in line with our privacy practices.

7. Changes to These Terms

Ali may update these terms when needed. Any significant changes will be communicated.
